Tuesday 7th December 2010 | | | | | At a conference of the Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe (CCBE) and the Academy of European Law, 10 recommendations on legal aid were presented to EU institutions, asking them to deliver on what they have committed to in fundamental rights instruments.
The conference was opened by the vice-president of the European Commission responsible for justice, fundamental rights and citizenship, Viviane Reding. |
